1. What ElevateMind is
ElevateMind Studio is a monitoring, analytics, and code-review tool. You run your own trading bot on your own broker or prop-firm account. We receive the telemetry your bot sends and present it back to you. We never execute trades, manage positions, or hold your funds.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on this platform is financial, investment, or trading advice. We make no representation that any strategy, signal, or analysis will be profitable. Code review highlights possible issues but does not guarantee a strategy is correct, safe, or compliant. Trading futures and other leveraged instruments carries substantial risk of loss. Decisions and outcomes are entirely yours.
3. Beta service
During the beta the service is provided “as is,” may change or be interrupted without notice, and carries no uptime guarantee. Features described as upcoming may change or not ship.
4. Acceptable use
- Submit only bots and code you own or are authorized to analyze.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users’ data.
- Don’t use the service for unlawful purposes.
5. Accounts & activation codes
Activation codes are issued to specific users and may not be shared. You’re responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep them secret.
6. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to your strategies, code, and data. We keep all rights to the ElevateMind platform, SDK, and site. Using the service grants us only the limited permission needed to operate it for you (e.g., processing your telemetry to render your dashboard).
7. Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElevateMind Studio is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The service is a tool; you remain solely responsible for your trading.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
